THE APPLICATION PROCESS

(1) SEARCH PROPERTIES

Review our Properties listings and find a suitable property that matches your location, budget, lifestyle and any other specifications you require.

(2) REVIEW REQUIREMENTS

  1. Lease Application for everyone over 18 y/o
  2. Paid Application Fee – $40 non-refundable application fee per applicant
  3. Proof of Income – Last two (2) months of pay stubs and any other proof of additional income if applicable
  4. Sufficient Income – Gross monthly income of at least three times monthly rent
  5. Drivers License – Legible copy of drivers license for all applicants
  6. Valid Email address – Valid email address for all applicants (used for background and credit screening)
  7. Pets are Welcome – A $250 one-time non-refundable pet fee, plus an additional $25 per month, per pet fee.

(3) COMPLETE APPLICATION

In order to save, fill out, and submit a completed application, Adobe Reader is required to open this .pdf document. Please install this software and ensure functionality before proceeding.

Once downloaded, open with Adobe Reader and fill in requested information. Upon completion, save your application. It must be printed out and submitted in-person.

(4) SUBMIT APPLICATION & SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

At this time, all applications, supporting documents and associated fees must be paid in-person.  Please contact OnPoint Rentals directly at (248) 256-5074 to schedule an appointment.

(5) PAY APPLICATION FEE

In order to continue the application process, a one-time $40 fee is required per applicant. This application fee includes a credit check, rental/eviction record and criminal record checks. Negative marks on any reports will not necessarily exclude you from consideration.

 

Cash, check and money order are acceptable forms of payment and must be submitted with your application..

(6) A LITTLE PATIENCE

We usually process applications within 3-5 business days but occasionally, it takes a little longer. Please be patient. We will be working on getting you into your new home as quickly as we possibly can! Thanks, OnPoint Rentals.
